You'll notice the difference immediately! I used three caps but was mindful with hot water, so I added just three tablespoons. The hot water feels thicker and more luxurious on the skin. After just 10 minutes, I felt warmer than usual, even in the hot water around 38-39 degrees, which helps save on gas bills. I also added Vitamin C for chlorine and felt the magnesium being absorbed, which has improved my stiff shoulders.

This is my first experience with this product after using Epsom salt from Rakuten. I use about 80% of the cap, soaking up to my shoulders, and my skin feels smooth post-bath without drying out. I've also noticed improvements in my neck and shoulder stiffness. I sleep well after using it, and it seems to help with eczema too.

I made magnesium oil (1:1 with purified water) but found it tingled due to my sensitive skin. I think I can dilute it further. I've found that sufficient magnesium intake results in less tingling. Using it has surprisingly reduced my shoulder stiffness.
